The Charlotte County Industrial Development Authority is a 7-member commission appointed by the Charlotte County Board of Supervisors. The Industrial Development Authority is committed to assisting businesses locate or expand in Charlotte County. The Industrial Development Authority owns the Charlotte County Industrial Park in Keysville and offers this prime property for sale, including a new speculative shell building constructed in 2000.
